PixEarn Monetization Policy

Effective Date: Thursday, Feb 19, 2026

Last Updated: Thursday, Feb 19, 2026

1. Introduction

This Monetization Policy governs how creators may earn revenue on PixEarn.

PixEarn currently supports monetization through the sale of digital products only. All creators participating in monetization agree to comply with this policy in addition to PixEarn's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

PixEarn reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

2. Important Update: View-Based Earnings Discontinued

Important Update

PixEarn previously experimented with a view-based earning model, where creators could earn revenue based on content views.

After evaluating sustainability, scalability, and long-term creator impact, PixEarn has discontinued view-based earnings.

Reasons for this change include:

  • Inconsistent revenue generation
  • High dependency on advertising performance
  • Lack of long-term sustainability
  • Misalignment between value creation and reward

PixEarn is now focused on a direct value exchange model, where creators earn through digital product sales.

This shift ensures:

  • Revenue is tied directly to creator effort and product quality
  • Earnings are not dependent on fluctuating ad markets
  • Monetization remains sustainable as the platform grows

PixEarn may reintroduce alternative monetization models in the future once infrastructure and revenue streams are stable.

3. Current Monetization Scope

At this stage, PixEarn supports:

  • Digital product sales

PixEarn does not currently support:

  • Membership programs
  • Subscription models
  • Physical product sales
  • Print-on-demand integrations
  • Affiliate programs
  • Advertisement revenue sharing
  • View-based earnings

Any future monetization features will be announced separately.

4. Monetization Model

PixEarn operates as a digital marketplace platform.

Revenue flow:

Customer purchases digital product → Payment is processed → Platform commission is deducted → Remaining balance is credited to the creator.

Creators earn revenue only when a verified purchase is completed successfully.

There is no passive earning mechanism.

5. Store Activation and Review Process

To maintain marketplace quality and protect buyers, access to the Digital Store feature requires approval.

5.1 Eligibility Requirements

Before applying for store access, creators must:

  • Have a completed profile (including display name, bio, and profile image)
  • Have at least five (5) quality public uploads on PixEarn
  • Have no active policy violations

Meeting these requirements does not guarantee approval.

5.2 Application and Review

Creators must submit a request to activate their store.

Once submitted:

  • The account and uploaded content will be reviewed
  • Review typically occurs within 24–48 hours
  • PixEarn may approve, request improvements, or deny access

The review focuses on:

  • Content originality
  • Quality standards
  • Compliance with platform policies
  • Marketplace suitability

5.3 Approval and Activation

If approved, the creator's Digital Store will be activated and products may be listed for sale.

If improvements are required, the creator may update their content and reapply.

5.4 Denial or Revocation

PixEarn reserves the right to:

  • Deny store activation requests
  • Revoke store access if quality standards decline
  • Suspend monetization privileges in cases of policy violations, fraud, or abuse

These decisions are made to protect marketplace integrity and buyer trust.

5.5 Early Access Phase

During the current marketplace validation phase, store activation may be limited to ensure quality control and platform stability.

PixEarn may modify or remove the review requirement in the future.

6. Eligible Digital Products

Creators may sell original digital assets including but not limited to:

  • Wallpapers
  • Illustration files
  • Design templates
  • UI kits

7. Content Ownership and Rights

  • Unlicensed commercial assets
  • Resold public domain files without meaningful modification
  • AI-generated content that violates third-party rights

PixEarn reserves the right to remove products or suspend accounts that violate intellectual property laws.

8. Pricing Policy

During the current validation phase:

  • Minimum price: $5
  • Maximum price: $50

PixEarn may adjust pricing limits based on marketplace performance.

All prices must be transparent and clearly displayed before purchase.

9. Platform Commission

The commission covers:

  • Infrastructure costs
  • Hosting
  • Payment processing
  • Platform development
  • Marketplace exposure

10. Payment Processing

All payments must be processed through PixEarn's integrated payment providers.

Creators are not allowed to:

  • Request direct payments outside the platform
  • Circumvent platform fees
  • Share external payment links within product listings

Violation may result in account suspension.

11. Earnings Calculation

Creator earnings are calculated after:

  • Platform commission
  • Payment processing fees
  • Approved refunds
  • Chargebacks

Earnings may be temporarily held in case of fraud detection or dispute investigation.

12. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

PixEarn actively monitors for:

  • Artificial purchases
  • Self-purchases to inflate earnings
  • Refund abuse
  • Coordinated fraudulent activity

If fraud is detected, PixEarn may:

  • Reverse transactions
  • Withhold payouts
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts

13. Marketplace Validation Phase

PixEarn's digital monetization system is currently in a validation phase.

During this period, PixEarn reserves the right to:

  • Modify commission rates
  • Adjust pricing limits
  • Update monetization rules
  • Introduce or remove monetization features
  • Temporarily pause digital store operations

All material changes will be communicated to creators.

14. Tax Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for:

  • Reporting their income
  • Paying applicable taxes
  • Complying with local tax regulations

PixEarn does not provide tax advice.

15. Termination of Monetization Access

PixEarn may revoke a creator's monetization access if:

  • Policy violations occur
  • Fraudulent behavior is detected
  • Intellectual property complaints are verified
  • Platform rules are repeatedly violated

Termination decisions are final.

16. Policy Updates

PixEarn may update this Monetization Policy at any time.

Continued use of monetization features after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Creators are encouraged to review this policy regularly.
