PixEarn Monetization Policy

Welcome to the PixEarn Monetization Program. This policy outlines the eligibility criteria, earning mechanisms, payout structure, and associated terms for creators on our platform. By participating in our monetization program, you agree to the rules and practices described below.

1. Eligibility Criteria

• Maintain a valid user account with complete profile details
• Upload original, high-quality content (AI-generated or human-made)
• Achieve the minimum monthly threshold of:
• 250 followers
• 10k views per month
• You will need to go through identity verification (including ID and address proof) after meeting the monetization criteria

Once approved, creators may begin earning from views generated by their images.

2. Payment Threshold & Schedule

A. Minimum Earnings for Withdrawal

• Indian Users: ₹500 INR minimum
• International Users: $50 USD minimum

B. Payment Processing Timeline

• Payments are issued between the 1st and 10th day of each month
• Eligible balances from the previous month will be paid out
• A 15-20 day review period will be implemented after the end of each revenue cycle to validate metrics and prevent fraud

3. Earnings Structure (CPM-Based)

Earnings are based solely on valid image views. Likes, downloads, or comments are not monetized but help to grow your profile and attract more views, in future you will get more ways to monetize your content.

Your estimated earnings per 1,000 views (CPM) are determined by user geography and ad interaction rates. Here's an overview:

C. Platform Commission on Ad Views

We believe in transparency. This commission supports secure payments, platform hosting, content moderation, and product development. As creators grow and gain more views, PixEarn reduces its cut to help creators maximize their earnings.

D. Platform Commission on Premium Sales and Memberships

• Premium Image Sales: PixEarn retains only 20% of the total sale price; creators receive 80%.
• Membership Subscriptions: For users who join a creator's channel through a paid subscription, PixEarn retains only 15%, allowing creators to keep 85% of each recurring membership payment.

These commission rates are structured to reward high-value content and loyal community building.

E. Estimated Average eCPM

• Tier 1 (after platform cut): $3.50 - $10.50
• Tier 2: $1.05 - $3.00
• Tier 3: $0.21 - $0.84
• Global Mixed Traffic Average: $1.50 - $4.50 CPM (gross) → $1.05 - $3.15 (after 30% cut)

F. Estimated Monthly Earnings Example (Based on 10k and 100k Global Views)

To help you understand how much you can potentially earn, here's a breakdown based on a monthly average of 10,000 valid image views from a mix of Tier 1, 2, and 3 countries, plus some premium image sales and a few membership joins.

4. Bonus Earnings

PixEarn values creativity and engagement. Additional monthly bonuses are provided for:

• Trending Content: Images that receive high traffic and engagement within a short time window
• Featured Image Picks: Curated selections chosen by PixEarn moderators
• Community Favorites: Top-rated content based on combined likes, shares, and views

Bonus payments vary month to month and will be included in your monthly statement.

5. Content Rules for Monetization

To maintain a safe and respectful community, monetization is only allowed on content that meets our quality and integrity guidelines:

• Allowed: AI-generated and human-made original content
• Not Allowed:
• Stock images or reposted content from other platforms
• NSFW content (may be allowed in the future with strict moderation)
• Political, violent, hateful, or emotionally harmful imagery
• Copyrighted material (unless proof of ownership is submitted)

Users who violate these rules risk demonetization, suspension, or permanent account bans.

6. Copyright Claims and Ownership Disputes

PixEarn respects intellectual property rights. If an original artist reports a copyright violation:

• The uploaded image will be reviewed immediately
• If the claim is verified, 50% of the earnings from that image will be redirected to the original creator
• The reported user must either:
• Accept the revenue split - for that - Provide sufficient proof of ownership
• Or Remove the content voluntarily

Repeat violations (more than 5 proven claims) may result in account termination.

7. Dispute Resolution & Appeals

Creators may appeal the following via our support form:

• Denied monetization
• Earnings calculation concerns
• Copyright-related flags

Appeals are reviewed by PixEarn's moderation team. However, users cannot appeal if their account is suspended or banned, or if the claim involves verified ownership by another creator.

8. Payment Methods

PixEarn supports the following payout methods:

• India: Bank Transfer, UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, PayPal
• International: PayPal only (more options coming soon)

All payments are processed securely and in compliance with regional financial regulations.

9. Taxes & Legal Compliance

Users are responsible for reporting and paying applicable income taxes in their respective countries.

PixEarn may request necessary tax documentation or government identification to comply with local financial regulations. We do not provide individual tax filing assistance.

10. Inactive Monetized Accounts

If a monetized account remains inactive for over 2 years, PixEarn may:

• Transfer all public content to the official PixEarn channel
• Terminate any unpaid earnings
• Remove all private data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

11. Policy Updates

PixEarn reserves the right to modify this Monetization Policy at any time. Significant updates will be communicated via email or dashboard notifications.
