PixEarn Payout Policy

1. Earnings Eligibility
Creators earn revenue only through successful digital product sales.
Earnings are calculated after:
- Platform commission (based on your plan)
- Payment processing fees (Razorpay)
- Refund deductions (if applicable)
- Chargebacks
2. Payout Schedule
Payouts are processed every Friday, subject to minimum thresholds.
PixEarn may delay payouts if:
- Fraud is suspected
- Chargebacks are under investigation
- Account violations are detected
3. Minimum Payout Thresholds

Balances below the threshold will roll over to the next payout cycle.
4. Payout Methods
- Indian creators: Direct bank transfer in INR via Razorpay
- International creators: PayPal in USD
Bank account numbers are stored using AES-256-GCM encryption and never exposed to unauthorised parties.
Creators are responsible for providing accurate and valid payout details. PixEarn is not liable for failed payouts due to incorrect information.
5. Currency Conversion
All buyer payments are processed in INR via Razorpay.
- Indian creators: Paid directly in INR — one conversion may apply if a buyer pays in a foreign currency
- International creators: Two conversions apply — buyer payment → INR (Razorpay) → USD (PixEarn to PayPal). Exchange rates are determined at the time of conversion.
6. Platform Fees by Plan
Your platform fee per sale depends on your store plan. For full plan details visit the PixEarn Store pricing page.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly (with a discount) through DodoPayments. Plan fees are in addition to Razorpay's standard payment processing fees.
6. Fraud & Abuse Protection
PixEarn reserves the right to:
- Withhold suspicious earnings
- Reverse fraudulent transactions
- Suspend accounts involved in artificial purchases or self-purchases
7. Tax Responsibility
Creators are solely responsible for determining and remitting any applicable taxes on their earnings. PixEarn does not withhold taxes on your behalf unless required by law.
8. Account Termination
Upon account termination, any pending payouts that meet the minimum threshold will be processed on the next Friday cycle. Pending amounts below the threshold are forfeited.
