PixEarn Privacy Policy

• Hashed IP address (used for spam prevention, fraud detection, and to limit repetitive views from the same device)
• Browser type, operating system, and device metadata
• Language preferences and regional settings
• Access time, session length, and navigation paths

To register a user account, we collect:

• Email address (stored in encrypted form)
• Full name (used for identity verification and monetization)
• Encrypted password
• Optional profile information (avatar, bio, social media links, etc.)

When a creator applies for NSFW content access, we collect:

• Government-issued ID photo (automatically deleted within 72 hours of review)
• Selfie holding the ID document
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Legal full name as it appears on the ID

For creators using the Digital Store, we also collect:

• Seller payout details: Indian creators — bank account holder name, encrypted account number, IFSC code; International creators — PayPal email
• Buyer information: email address provided during checkout, buyer name (optional), and country
• Transaction data: purchase amounts, currencies, payment status, and order history

• Uploaded image metadata (title, tags, resolution, AI model, etc.)
• Interaction data (likes, saves, shares, comments, downloads)
• Payment history and transaction records
• Google Analytics and custom event logs (e.g., page views, time on page, exit paths)

• When creators use the 'Generate with AI' feature, we send the uploaded image to OpenAI's API to produce a suggested title, description, and tags. The image is resized and compressed before transmission and is not stored by OpenAI beyond the duration of the API request.
• AI-generated metadata is stored as part of the post record and is editable by the creator at any time.
• AI content moderation also processes uploaded images to detect explicit content. Images flagged as containing prohibited material are rejected and not stored on the platform.
• When a creator marks a post as 'AI Generated,' that flag is stored and displayed publicly on the post page.

We use your data strictly for purposes outlined below:

• To maintain the functionality and reliability of the PixEarn Platform
• To create and manage your user account
• To assess and process monetization eligibility and distribute earnings
• To send important communications, including account verification and platform updates
• To deliver promotional and marketing emails, newsletters, and special offers
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or suspicious activities
• To enforce compliance with our Terms of Use and legal obligations
• To better understand platform usage patterns and improve user interface and content recommendations

PixEarn uses cookies and first-party tracking tools to enhance your experience. These allow us to:

• Optimize performance and personalize features
• Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts
• Monitor for suspicious traffic patterns or abuse

• PixEarn displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and other sites on the web.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your interests. We do not share personally identifiable information with Google AdSense; ads are targeted by page content, not user identity.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ad Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/ads) or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page (https://optout.networkadvertising.org/).
• Opting out of personalized ads does not remove ads from the page — it only means the ads shown will not be tailored to your browsing history.

• PixEarn's advertising partners operate within the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.3), a standard designed to give users transparency and control over how their data is used for advertising.
• Advertising partners may process data for purposes including: storing and accessing information on your device; measuring ad performance; developing and improving products; and applying market research to generate audience insights.
• For EU/EEA residents: you have the right to view, modify, or withdraw consent for data processing by our advertising partners at any time.
• For users outside the EU/EEA (including India): ads may be served based on contextual page content without requiring explicit consent under local law.

We send different types of email communication, including:

• Transactional Emails: Account setup, verification, password reset, payment notices
• Activity Notifications: Comments, likes, or user interactions on your profile or content
• Promotional Emails: Feature launches, announcements, offers, marketing campaigns

We share data only with the following third-party services:

• Razorpay: Buyer email and transaction details for payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
• DodoPayments: Seller email for subscription management
• Resend: Recipient email addresses for transactional email delivery
• Supabase: Platform infrastructure and authentication
• OpenAI: Compressed images are sent to OpenAI's API for AI-generated metadata (title, description, tags) and NSFW content detection. Images are not retained by OpenAI beyond the duration of the API call. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.
• Google AdSense: Aggregated, anonymized browsing data is used by Google to serve contextually relevant ads. No PII is shared.

We retain your personal information based on your activity status:

• Active Accounts: Your data will be stored securely for as long as your account is active and operational.
• Inactive Accounts: If no login activity is detected for a continuous period of 2 years, we may transfer public-facing images to our official PixEarn account, delete private data, and revoke future earnings on previously uploaded content.
• Transaction and order records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years for accounting and legal compliance.
• NSFW verification documents: Automatically deleted within 72 hours of review.

We believe in user transparency and control. As such, you have the right to:

• Export Your Data: Request a downloadable ZIP file containing a structured JSON file of your profile, settings, and uploaded content
• Delete Your Account: Submit a deletion request that enters a 14-day review period; after that, all data is permanently deleted and unrecoverable
• Withdraw Consent: Revoke any previously granted permissions by changing settings or contacting our team
• Lodge Complaints: Reach out with data privacy complaints or policy concerns at any time

• Users under 18 must have a verified adult's approval to receive payments
• We encourage parents to supervise and guide minors while using the Platform
• Monetization is not processed unless legal verification is submitted

We take comprehensive measures to protect your data, including:

• HTTPS encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmissions
• AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive fields (bank account numbers)
• Role-based access control for internal team members
• Regular audits and code reviews to patch vulnerabilities
• Anonymization of IP and email data where feasible

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in laws, practices, or platform features. If material changes occur, we will:

• Notify users via email and/or in-platform announcements
