This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, use, and disclose data from individuals who use our platform, which includes our website, mobile applications, services, and related content (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). C. Monetized Creator Verification

When a user meets eligibility for monetization, we may request the following for legal and payment verification:

• Government-issued ID (automatically deleted within 30 days)
• Valid proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Bank account details (Indian users: UPI, Bank Transfer, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay; International users: PayPal only)

In the case of underage users who qualify for monetization, we allow payment processing through a verified parent or guardian's bank account upon successful verification (feature pending implementation).

D. User Activity & Analytics

• Uploaded image metadata (title, tags, resolution, AI model, etc.)
• Interaction data (likes, saves, shares, comments, downloads)
• Payment history and transaction records
• Google Analytics and custom event logs (e.g., page views, time on page, exit paths)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly for purposes outlined below:

• To maintain the functionality and reliability of the PixEarn Platform
• To create and manage your user account
• To assess and process monetization eligibility and distribute earnings
• To send important communications, including account verification and platform updates
• To deliver promotional and marketing emails, newsletters, and special offers
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or suspicious activities
• To enforce compliance with our Terms of Use and legal obligations
• To better understand platform usage patterns and improve user interface and content recommendations

3. Cookies and Analytics

PixEarn uses cookies and third-party tracking tools to enhance your experience. These tools allow us to:

• Understand how users interact with our website and content
• Optimize performance and personalize features
• Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts
• Monitor for suspicious traffic patterns or abuse

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in our emails. However, essential account-related messages cannot be opted out of.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We are committed to keeping your personal information confidential. We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your data.

Currently, the only third-party interaction involves:

• Email Verification: Sent via Supabase's built-in email delivery system

Future infrastructure updates may introduce our proprietary email system to minimize external dependencies. We do not permit any advertising networks to access or use your data.

6. Data Retention and Inactive Accounts

We retain your personal information based on your activity status:

• Active Accounts: Your data will be stored securely for as long as your account is active and operational.
• Inactive Accounts: If no login activity is detected for a continuous period of 2 years, we may:
• Transfer public-facing images to our official PixEarn account
• Delete private data in accordance with our secure deletion policy
• Revoke future earnings on previously uploaded content

All deletion or transfer processes follow strict internal protocols as outlined in the Terms of Use.

7. Data Export & User Rights

We believe in user transparency and control. As such, you have the right to:

• Export Your Data: Request a downloadable ZIP file containing a structured JSON file of your profile, settings, and uploaded content
• Delete Your Account: Submit a deletion request that enters a 14-day review period; after that, all data is permanently deleted and unrecoverable
• Withdraw Consent: Revoke any previously granted permissions by changing settings or contacting our team
• Lodge Complaints: Reach out with data privacy complaints or policy concerns at any time

8. Children's Privacy

PixEarn is accessible to users aged 8 and older. However, we do not knowingly collect identifiable information from users under the age of 13 without parental involvement.

• Users under 18 must have a verified adult's approval to receive payments
• We encourage parents to supervise and guide minors while using the Platform
• Monetization is not processed unless legal verification is submitted

9. Data Security

We take comprehensive measures to protect your data, including:

• HTTPS encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmissions
• Encryption-at-rest for sensitive data fields (e.g., passwords, bank details)
• Role-based access control for internal team members
• Regular audits and code reviews to patch vulnerabilities

Despite our best efforts, no digital system is 100% invulnerable. Users are responsible for choosing strong passwords and safeguarding their login credentials.
