Upcoming - Digital Store
This policy will apply once the PixEarn Digital Store is live.
Effective Date: Thursday, Feb 19, 2026
1. Nature of Digital Products
All products sold on PixEarn are digital downloads.
Due to the nature of digital goods, items cannot be physically returned once downloaded.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be granted only if:
- The file is corrupted or incomplete
- The file does not match the product description
- A verified technical failure prevents download
3. Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- User misunderstanding of product specifications
- "Did not like the product" claims
4. Refund Review Process
All refund requests will be reviewed manually.
PixEarn reserves the right to:
- Request supporting evidence
- Deny refund requests if abuse is suspected
- Suspend accounts in cases of repeated refund abuse
5. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting support first:
- The associated account may be temporarily restricted
- Access to purchased files may be revoked
