PixEarn Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on PixEarn are digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital goods, items cannot be physically returned once downloaded. All sales are considered final upon successful delivery of the file.

2. Refund Claim Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered regardless of the reason.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • The file is corrupted or incomplete
  • The delivered file does not match the product description or preview
  • A verified technical failure prevents download
Important
We verify all eligible claims against the original product listing and file integrity. A refund will not be issued if the file has been successfully downloaded and matches the listed preview.

4. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • User misunderstanding of product specifications
  • "Did not like the product" claims
  • Claims submitted after the 48-hour window
  • Files that have been successfully downloaded and match the product description

5. Refund Review Process

All refund requests will be reviewed manually.

PixEarn reserves the right to:

  • Request supporting evidence (screenshots, error logs, etc.)
  • Deny refund requests if abuse is suspected
  • Suspend accounts in cases of repeated refund abuse

6. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting support first:

  • The associated account may be temporarily restricted
  • Access to purchased files may be revoked
  • The seller's store may be temporarily disabled during investigation

Always contact support before initiating a chargeback. We resolve legitimate issues quickly.
