NSFW Verification Policy

This policy explains how PixEarn collects, stores, protects, and automatically deletes the identity documents you submit when applying to enable adult (NSFW) content on your profile. Please read this policy carefully before submitting your verification request.

1. Why We Collect Identity Documents

PixEarn allows creators to upload and share adult content on their profiles. To ensure full compliance with applicable laws and to protect minors, we require manual age verification before this feature can be enabled.

We collect identity documents to:

  • Confirm that you are 18 years of age or older
  • Verify that the submitted document belongs to you (via a selfie holding your ID)
  • Prevent the creation of fraudulent or impersonated verification requests
  • Comply with applicable content regulations and platform safety obligations

2. What We Collect

During the NSFW verification process, we collect the following:

  • Your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
  • Your date of birth
  • A photo or scan of a valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence)
  • A selfie photograph of you holding the ID document next to your face
  • Your confirmation that you have read and agree to this policy

We do not collect your ID number, address, or any other information printed on the document beyond what is visible in the uploaded photo.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Documents

Your uploaded documents are protected by strict technical controls:

  • Stored in a private, encrypted storage bucket — documents are never publicly accessible
  • No download links or signed URLs are ever sent to your browser or any frontend interface
  • Only the PixEarn admin team can access documents using internal service-role credentials
  • Access is limited to the specific team member performing the manual review
  • Your documents are stored in a separate, isolated bucket with no cross-access from other parts of the platform
Your documents are never shared with third parties, advertisers, or any external service. They are used solely for the purpose of manual age verification by the PixEarn team.

4. Automatic Deletion After Review

We minimise the time your documents are stored to the absolute minimum necessary.

  • Your ID document and selfie are automatically and permanently deleted within 72 hours of your request being reviewed (approved or rejected)
  • Deletion is handled by an automated daily job — no manual step is required
  • After deletion, only the outcome (approved / rejected) and the review timestamp are retained in our database — no document data remains
  • If your request is not reviewed within 30 days, it will be automatically cancelled and your documents deleted

Why 72 hours, not immediate?

A short window after review allows our team to address any disputes or appeals without requiring re-submission. After 72 hours, all document data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

5. Who Can Access Your Documents

  • Only authorised PixEarn administrators using internal tools
  • Access is restricted to service-role credentials — standard authenticated users (including other creators) have zero access
  • No third-party verification services, payment processors, or external companies have access to your documents
  • We do not use your documents for training AI models or any purpose other than manual age verification

6. Your Rights

  • Withdraw your application: You may cancel a pending verification request at any time before it is reviewed — your documents will be deleted immediately upon cancellation
  • Re-apply after rejection: If your request is rejected, you may submit a new request with corrected information
  • Request early deletion: Contact us at any time to request immediate deletion of your submitted documents, even before the 72-hour auto-delete window
  • Transparency: You can always view the current status of your verification request in your profile settings

7. False Information

Submitting false, altered, or someone else's identity documents is a serious violation of our Terms of Use. If we detect or suspect fraudulent submissions, your account will be immediately suspended and may be permanently terminated. We reserve the right to report such activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
